The CEO of Bienennest Kindergarten is Sabine Schreiber. She has many years of professional experience working with children. With her vast educational background and nuturing relationship with her team, there in lays her adavantage. She has worked for 20 years as a trained qualified educator, she has a bachelor in early child education, a montesorri diploma. She is also as present a part time lecturer for early child pedagogy at the Alice Salomon University of applied sciences. She decided to start her own kindergarten so she can have a more direct and personal influence in  the develop and educating of children.

From this experience stems a model that provides intensive support and a trusting relationship with all stakeholders as a basis. The aim here is to create a structural framework that includes both high end quality that results in mutual satisfaction for the children, parents and staff.

Qualification is the essential way to ensure professionalism. The close cooperation between the administration and team is a strong indication of a harmonious working environment where mutual understanding and trust thrives.

We are guided by the Berlin Educational Program and Childrens Daily Promotional Act (KitaFöG) in the implementation of Montessori as our educational concept.
